Here are 11 basic guidelines to follow for general health and longevity.
Eat a healthy diet. (limit wheat, grains and gluten)
Replace sweetened drinks (whether they’re sweetened with artificial sweeteners, sugar or high fructose corn syrup) with plenty of pure, clean water.
Avoid all genetically engineered foods. There are four primary GE food crops, but their derivatives are in over 70% of supermarket foods, particularly processed foods. Soy, Corn, Canola Oil and Cottonseed.
Optimize your gut flora with fermented foods. (Boost digestion and health) Kombucha and Sauerkraut. Consume healthy fats, like butter, eggs, avocados, coconut oil, olive oil and nuts. Eat plenty of raw food.
Exercise regularly.
Get an appropriate amount of sunlight daily to optimize your vitamin D levels. (15-20 min per day of direct sunlight) also during this time try to ground yourself by placing your bare feet on the ground, in grass or top soil. Make sunlight apart of your diet.
Limit toxin exposure. (Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and cigars).
Get plenty of sleep. Shoot for 7-8 hours per night
