Directions

In a large pot, heat olive oil (if using), sauté onion, garlic, celery, and carrots for 5 minutes until softened.

Add cabbage, bell pepper, zucchini, and stir in turmeric, ginger, thyme, cayenne, and bay leaves. Let the spices toast for 1–2 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 25–30 minutes until cabbage is tender.

Stir in kale/spinach and simmer 5 more minutes.

Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and stir in sea moss gel for that PA Herbal Minerals touch.
