Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PA Herbal Minerals. We appreciate your trust in our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (herbal supplements, consumables, and personal care items), all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To process a claim, you must provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund back to your original payment method.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

  • Returns & Refunds (Supplements)
    For safety and product integrity, all supplement sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ingestible products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order
  • Returns accepted for 30 days

  • Customer provides return shipping

  • 15% restocking fee

  • Final sale items: 1 collection can't be returned number and we’ll replace or resolve it.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@paherbalminerals.com within 7 days of delivery.
