Shipping and Local Pickup Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays:

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

832-936-6077 at least 5 - 10 minutes before arrival to coordinate pickup. Bring your order confirmation email for verification.
Local Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery via Uber, Lyft, or other courier services for customers in our delivery zone. Select Local Pickup and then contact us to schedule Uber Courier Service.
Delivery Timing:

We will schedule deliveries as quickly as possible once your order is processed. Same-day delivery may be available depending on courier availability and order time.
